Working Principle:
Energy-saving Jet Mill is a newly developed grinding equipment based on the fluid energy conversion character in adiabatic flow process. It makes the most of fluid pressure and internal energy to grind material with a high efficient and saves about 30% energy than other ordinary grinding equipment.
Feature:
1. High energy utilization
For conventional air compressors used in jet mill, in order to avoid excessive exhaust temperature affecting the performance of cylinder lubricating oil and achieve higher pressure, intermediate cooling is used for multi-stage compression. The more stages there are, the lower the energy utilization rate. For example, the energy utilization rate of the first stage compression is 78%, and that of the second stage compression is 58%.
The energy-saving jet mill can use high-temperature compressed gas discharged by the first stage compressor for grinding, which can achieve the same grinding strength as the conventional jet mill using the second stage air compressor. It not only utilizes the temperature energy of the gas, but also avoids energy loss caused by the compressor's cold and hot offset, with obvious energy-saving advantages.
2. Helpful in material grinding
When grinding materials with weak interaction surfaces due to cleavage cracks, the high temperature thermal expansion and contraction effect is conducive to the grinding and peeling of materials, such as mica, wollastonite, talc, etc.
3. Materials are dried after warming.
