Working Principle:

Jet Pulverizer is a newly grinding classifier(patent product) for specific size requirement and high yield material, with advantages of high yield, stable particle size, and low energy consumption.

The milling principle is that after the raw materials are added to the mill, the qualified particles in the raw materials are first sorted out, and the coarse particles enter the jet mill for milling. Each particle only collides once, and after the collision, it is immediately extracted for sorting. The qualified particles are then sorted out, and the coarse particles are then milled by the jet mill, and so on; The material stays in the milling chamber for an extremely short time, which does not cause secondary milling of qualified particles, effectively ensuring its yield and reducing the production of fine powder.
