Working Principle:

LNJST series inert gas protection system is a closed ultra-fine grinding system and classification system developed by our company for the grinding needs of special materials such as flammable, explosive, oxidizing, and hygroscopic materials. It utilizes inert gas (nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, etc.) for cyclic protection. Due to the high cost of inert gases, closed circulation systems are usually used, and strict airtightness separation devices are used at the inlet and outlet.

9. Emergency filter installed behind of dust collector to prevent powder into compressor;

10. Fully automatic PLC+touch screen automatic control system, which can achieve one click start stop, simple and convenient operation, and can be connected with DCS system to achieve remote control.
