This equipment use OPA high efficiency air classifier which has special flow field and classifying mechanism, this is different from ordinary classifier. Its characteristic is as follows:
We use professional fluid mechanics analog computation software to determine a most suitable flow field, optimize classifier rotor’s structure, in order to make fluid field well-distributed, stable and reduce pressure loss of the blade, and obtain high grading efficiency.
Grading flow is enter from the side and only rotating horizontal, running steady and little interference, grading condition specific and stable.
Special grading flow field reduce grading energy consumption greatly.
Combination of free vortex and forced vortex, can strict control the size of powder, obtain narrow size distribution production (100mesh~200mesh), and is propitious to equipment enlargement.
Special grading flow field can prolong the time of powder in grading field, further be graded many times, which has high grading efficiency and production.
Classifier blade use a molding technology, and use the most advanced HL-56B dynamic balancing machine imported from Germany to ensure that classification has a good balancing of the rotor, so the equipment has stable operation at high rotational speeds to ensure the stability of products;
Special design of secondary air, ensure the secondary air flow uniform of full face.

Enlarge filter area of dust collector; system flow is less influence by pulse jet flow.
